When you start the program, you will join several other people who are at the same stage in their careers. The group consists of participants from different departments and roles, giving you both a broad contact network and a strong sense of community from the start.

Parallel to your regular tasks at Husqvarna, you will participate in a structured training program that creates security, personal development, and a broad understanding of the business. The goal is to give you the best possible start for your continued career.

Responsibilities may vary depending on which part of Husqvarna Group best matches your profile and interests. Examples of tasks could include:

• Automated testing to run multiple robotic lawn mowers simultaneously.
• HIL-testing (hardware-in-the-loop-testing).
• Planning and performing manual system testing, both indoors and outdoors – year-round.
• Performing regression, acceptance, and bug-fix tests, as well as documenting deviations.
• Analyzing test results and suggesting improvements to both the product and the test process.
• Performing technical tests such as GPS, WiFi, and radar tests, primarily on our new models with satellite navigation.
• Leading test activities in projects, representing the team in meetings, and coordinating cross-functional efforts.
• Reporting test status and test results on an ongoing basis.
• Contributing to the improvement of test strategies and ways of working.
• Traveling to test facilities both in Sweden and internationally, for up to two weeks at a time.

• A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering within Computer Technology, Embedded Systems, Automation, Mechatronics, Technical Physics, Electronics, or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

• Experience in similar roles, preferably 1–5 years of work experience, but not a requirement.
